The « Carte Flux » returns in 2014

 

                The Carte Flux is an accelerator of culture which provides access to six cultural summer festivals in Marseille. It is the fifth edition of this partnership between the organizers.

For 45 euro, this card offers you the opportunity to see one event by festival among the six participating festivals. It begins in May with the Festival Les Musiques (GMEM), and then will follow: the festival Objectif DansE, the Festival de Marseille Danse et Arts Multiples (FMDAM), Festival International de Cinéma (FID), Festival MIMI (AMI) and finally the Festival Jazz des Cinq Continents (FJ5C).

These festivals are all different and complementary; the aim of the organizers is to make the audience move between the festivals, and to arouse them to the different forms of art. Thus, with the card, you will pay 7, 50 euro for each event, which is very advantageous because the price of a ticket for the « Festival Jazz des 5 Continents » can reach the price of the card.

Even if the process of reservation is not perfect for you have to phone to book each event, this joint initiative is a great opportunity for the culture lovers in Marseilles. Indeed it enlarges the horizons of everyone and it is not nominative so it makes it even more popular.

Finally, this card concept that transcends cultural festivals needs to be praised. It is available in every festival involved, but also on sale at the Espaceculture_Marseille, at the « Friche de la Belle de Mai » and at the bistro WAAW located in « Cours Julien ».
